Warranty / Feature Request
All Stack-a-Jack products carry a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee, and a full 2 Year Warranty against material failures, excluding failures due to improper assembly, abuse, or modifications. This doesn't mean that you can drive over one in your M1A2 Abrams and expect it to survive. If something breaks under normal use, send us a picture of the damage, and we'll replace it free of charge. In some cases, we may request the return of broken items so that we can examine the failure mode to improve the product.
PLEASE NOTE that some products - such as Gliderz Pads - are considered wear items, and are not covered under the warranty.
If, within 30 days of receipt, you don't like something, send it back and we will refund your money. Items that have been improperly assembled, abused, or modified are not covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee. Please pack the item carefully. Items broken in transit due to crappy packaging will not be refunded. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item back. Please contact us for an RMA Number before sending it back. Items sent back without a valid RMA will not be refunded.
If you have a suggestion to improve any of our products, request a feature, or maybe you have an idea for an entirely new product - even if it's not related to QuickJacks - please reach out to us. Just say "Feature Request" or "New Product Idea" in the Subject line of your email, along with a description of the idea, and a way to contact you. If we end up bringing out a new product based on your idea, we'll send you one for free (excluding shipping), and cut you in on the profits. Send your email to tech@stack-a-jack.com.
